Personal Injury became an interest for Howard very early in his career. After graduating from law school, in December of 2001, Howard was hired as an associate by a law firm in Saint Petersburg, FL. Five months later, in April of 2002, Howard passed the Florida Bar Exam. Seven months after passing the Bar Exam, Howard litigated a 5 day long personal injury trial against one of the largest firms in downtown Saint Petersburg. It was an absolutely grueling trial and Howard loved every minute. The jury sided with Howard’s client and he won the case. Despite being a new trial attorney, he realized how fulfilling it was to help the injured obtain justice. That was the first of many people that Howard has helped achieve justice. It has been 15 years now, and Howard is just as aggressive and eager to help you as he was that very first client.

As the son and son-in-law of local business owners, Howard has always had an interest in helping businesses achieve their legal goals in an efficient cost effective manner. As an avid supporter of small business development and growth in Southwest Florida, Howard works hard to help businesses that have been wronged obtain justice. A business owner himself, he truly understands the hard work, endless hours, and financial risk it takes to develop and grow a business. The terms blood, sweat and tears are something he is very familiar with. That is why he is dedicated to providing honest and fair legal advice to our hardworking business community. Whether it is contract work or litigation you can be sure you’re being represented by someone who truly cares.
